In de bouwsector heb je te maken met verschillende btw-tarieven, naargelang de situatie en de hoedanigheid van je klant, kan je te maken hebben met 21% btw, 6% btw of zelfs een verlegging van de btw naar de medecontractant (0% btw).

### Buildwise

#### Voor wie?

Bedrijven in de bouwsector moeten zich verplicht aansluiten bij Buildwise en jaarlijks een bijdrage betalen.

#### NACE-codes

Indien je activiteiten onder de NACE-codes vallen die beginnen met 41, 42 en 43, dan val je onder de verplichte bijdrage.

Onderstaande activiteiten vallen echter buiten deze verplichting en zijn dus geen bijdrage verschuldigd:

#### Jaarlijkse (minimum)bijdrage

Zelfstandigen zonder personeel betalen een jaarlijkse minimumbijdrage:

| 2024 (activiteiten van 2023) | 192,00 euro (excl. btw) |

Ondernemingen met personeel betalen een bijdrage die bestaat uit een minimumbijdrage, aangevuld met een bedrag op basis van de brutoloonmassa of 1,50% van de werkelijk uitgevoerde werken van het voorafgaand kalenderjaar.
