# Visie, missie & waarden

## Visie

De visie is het langetermijnbeeld van waar je organisatie naartoe wil. Het is een inspirerend en ambitieus statement dat de toekomstige positie van het bedrijf schetst. 

Een heldere visie motiveert medewerkers en trekt klanten en partners aan die dezelfde ambitie delen.

## Missie

Waar de visie de toekomstige staat van het bedrijf schetst, beschrijft de missie de kern van het bestaan van je organisatie. De missie biedt een antwoord op vragen zoals: “Waarom bestaan we?” of “Wat is onze bijdrage aan de samenleving?”

Maak de missie concreet en actiegericht. Zorg dat het niet alleen inspirerend is, maar ook praktisch toepasbaar in de dagelijkse bedrijfsvoering.

## Waarden

De waarden van een onderneming geven aan welke gedragingen, overtuigingen en normen belangrijk zijn binnen de organisatie. Waarden als integriteit, innovatie, klantgerichtheid en duurzaamheid kunnen helpen bij het opbouwen van vertrouwen, zowel intern als extern.
