# Sociale voordelen

Sociale voordelen zijn kleine extralegale voordelen die kunnen toegekend worden aan de werknemers. Voor elk sociaal voordeel kunnen de voorwaarden variëren, indien ze gerespecteerd worden, worden deze voordelen niet belast en zijn ze vrij van sociale zekerheidsbijdragen bij de werknemer. 

De aftrekbaarheid van de kosten bij de werkgever hangen af van het type sociaal voordeel. Bekijk dit met je accountant.
