# Bezoldiging

Je werknemer krijgt in eerste instantie een loon voor de gepresteerde werkuren. Een commissieloon is ook mogelijk op basis van een vooropgestelde target. Hiernaast kan het loon ook uit de voordelen van alle aard (VAA) bestaan die de werknemer toegekend krijgt.  

Het VAA is een voordeel dat ontstaat uit zaken en uitgaven die een geheel of gedeeltelijk privékarakter hebben, maar die toch door de werkgever gedragen worden. Een aantal voorbeelden zijn: 

* (Privé)gebruik bedrijfsfiets of bedrijfswagen 
* (Privé)gebruik van desktop, laptop, smartphone, telefoon- & internetabonnement
* Kosteloos wonen of terbeschikkingstelling van een woning
* Kosteloze lening
* enz.

Op het brutoloon worden elementen zoals de sociale zekerheidsbijdragen (RSZ) en de bedrijfsvoorheffing ingehouden om uiteindelijk tot het nettoloon van de werknemer te komen. 

Naast het loon zijn er ook alternatieve verloningsmethodes die interessant kunnen zijn. Hieronder vind je een overzicht van een aantal vaak voorkomende verloningen, voordelen en vergoedingen.
